ROBIN-Seed Grant Program (ROBIN-SGP)
The primary goal of this seed grant program is to help ROBIN young scientists and junior faculty lay the groundwork for innovative research in Radiation and Immunity to the point where they can secure external funding or complete data analysis for a publication. Starting year 2, two ROBIN-SGP scholars per year will receive $20,000 seed grant to focus on developing the aims of the proposal for a period of four months and generate preliminary data necessary to develop a competitive application. ROBIN-SGP applicants must be a resident, post-doc, or junior faculty from a ROBIN laboratory across the ROBIN network, who are seeking to refine a research idea in the field of Radiation and Immunity. For example, projects supported through this program could include pilot data collection and/or data analysis for a publication to generate preliminary findings for a grant application.
The ImmunoRad ROBIN will call for application to the ROBIN-SGP in the fall 2023.
